This Yoga course is offered in the sacred Gurukula–Āśrama tradition, inspired by the timeless teachings of Śrī Swami Śivānandaji Maharaj of Rishikesh. The training emphasizes a yogic way of life based on selfless service, universal love, discipline, and inner transformation.

Graduation (any discipline)
Age: 18 to 40 years

Three (3) Months – Residential (Gurukula System)
Admission: One may join the course at any time during the year.

Indian / Nepal / Bhutan Citizens: ₹15,000/-
Other Nationalities: €500

Two passport-size photographs
Foreign Students: Passport and valid Visa

Hatha Yoga
Yogāsana Practice
Prāṇāyāma
Yoga Nidra
Karma Yoga (Serve & Love through daily Āśrama life)

Daily Schedule

Morning: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Āśrama Discipline & Lifestyle

Practice of Serve and Love through selfless seva
Simple yogic living with sāttvic vegetarian diet
Observance of discipline, silence, and mindful conduct
Reverence for the Guru–Śiṣya Paramparā
